Our riding breeches story:

In 2008, I had just entered the equestrian apparel sector. I didn't fully understand its quality requirements and only followed the standards for ordinary garments. That was when I met a British client, a female rider, and things was changed from it. Her father trained her in horse riding from an early age, and she fell in love with the sport very early on. She noticed that many riding breeches were slippery, and wondered if there were breeches or fabrics with lasting grip. So she and her father researched apparel and founded a brand that custom-makes equestrian clothing for riders.

She found us at a trade show in Europe. The order quantity was very small back then, only 50 pieces per style. We thought the volume was too low at first, but we wanted to give it a try, hoping we might learn something new. She provided us with fabric specifications as well as requirements for the grip performance. After we finished the samples, she took them back to the UK for on-horse testing. She checked fabric pilling from friction, colour fastness, and the abrasion resistance of the silicone. She tested them continuously on horseback for one week, three hours each day. Mass production could only start once the samples passed all tests.

With such strict requirements, we struggled to guarantee the original lead time, but the client was open to negotiating a later delivery date. Through each round of testing, we gained a deeper understanding of riding breeches. Later, she also placed orders for show jackets, show t-shirts and padded jackets, and maintained the same high, rigorous standards as before, but orders became biger and biger.

A few years later, she gained more and more retailers, and her products were sold to many countries. Her equestrian apparel business kept growing, and she became one of our earliest clients.
