Customized process：

When customers say hello to us by email, our sales will answer their emails within 24 hours. After some inquiry by emails, customers will ask for the samples for their checking because they are wondering whether our factory is doing the same styles of products and they would check the sample's quality, normally customers will provide us their courier account no. If customers are satisfied with our sample quality, the 2^nd step will make the samples according to customers' tech-pack or their original samples. If samples are good, customers will require sales samples or place orders to us directly. After customers' deposit, we will produce the bulk goods.

Before shipping, we will send final production samples for customers' approval, some customers will ask their quality control to check the bulk goods. When the quality is confirmed by customers, we will contact the forwarder and ship the goods out under customers' request.

We send the copy of Bill of Loading to customers, customers check it and remit the balance payment to us, after we receive the money from bank, normally the bill of loading is telex released by us. Sometimes customers remit the balance to us before shipping.
